PLEASE USE THE OFFERING ENVELOPES PROVIDED TO YOU - While we are very, very thankful for ALL donations, the envelopes mailed to your homes serve a very important purpose. ACCURACY in recording your gift for your charitable donations deduction provided on your year end statement of charitable giving's. When loose checks are placed in the collection basket, we cannot guarantee that these are recorded accurately. The offering envelopes provide a voucher for the bookkeeper after the checks have been taken to the bank for the night deposit. Thank you for this consideration.
